I have attended many of Jo Ann's leadership workshops. All the workshops were filled with helpful and much-needed information. Many people tend to lead others with little or no direction, focus, or attention to tasks. In each session, we were given tools and ideas to not only better ourselves as leaders, but in life as well. The presentations and explanations, along with breakout groups, allowed all of us to share and learn with each other. I have personally used a lot of this information in my own leadership as Kids Ministry Leader, and it has been very helpful and successful.

I thoroughly enjoyed the DISC class that Jo Ann Justice at Justice Leadership Development directed for our leadership team at The River Church. Jo Ann was prompt, organized, passionate, and encouraging. She clearly answered any questions the team had, and we all found the results to be incredibly accurate!
